If you would like to see a picture of your painting we can certainly email you a photo. All you need to do is request it during the checkout process. The guarantee states that if the painting doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll revise it until you are satisfied.

There is a lifetime warranty on all paintings. This warranty protects you against material defects in the paintings as well as manufacturing defects. As well it covers any damage from normal use however it doesn’t cover damage caused by accidents, incidents, or inappropriate use. An assessment will be done on the painting to decide if it will be replaced or repaired. Of course this is free of charge.  

Once you receive the painting and in the unlikely event you are not happy, you are welcome to return it for your full money back (minus the shipping costs) or return it to have revisions done on it. The painting may be  sent back within 14 days of receiving it, if you are not completely happy with it. It should be noted that custom orders will not qualify for the money back guarantee, neither are photos turned into paintings if they have been approved by the customer to be shipped out.
